Prescriptions and refills are processed only during office hours. We generally contact your pharmacy within 24 to 48 hours of your request. Please note refill requests are not processed after office hours and on weekends, because the physician on-call does not have access to your medical records. It is imperative that you notify us in advance if you need a prescription refilled, so that we will have enough time to submit your request. For efficiency, we recommend that you call your pharmacy to request refills so that they can contact our office directly.
